The Armbian 22.11 release is here more than three months after Armbian 22.08 and introduces support for the Banana Pi M5, ODROID-M1, and Rock Pi 4C+ single-board computers, RISC-V 64 UEFI build support, as well as improved support for the ROCK Pi S Rockchip RK3308-based single-board computer.

First Look at Linux Mint 21.1 Beta with the Cinnamon 5.6 Desktop Environment

Linux Mint 21.1 “Vera” is the second release in the Linux Mint 21 series, which is derived from the upstream Ubuntu 22.04 LTS (Jammy Jellyfish) operating system and powered by the long-term supported Linux 5.15 LTS kernel. This series will receive security updates until 2027.

Lightweight Distro 4MLinux 41 Arrives with Linux Kernel 6.0, Btrfs Support, and New Apps

Coming a little over four months after 4MLinux 40, the 4MLinux 41 release entered beta testing in mid-September, and now the final release is here with new features like the latest and greatest Linux 6.0 kernel series. The distro ships with Linux 6.0.9 as the default kernel and Mesa 22.1.4 as the default graphics stack.

Rugged Edge Mini-PC equipped with i.MX 8M Plus and dual 2.5GbE LAN ports

Last week, iBASE released a fanless Mini-PC based on the quad-core i.MX 8M Plus processor from NXP. The ISR215 also includes one HDMI 2.0 port,  M.2 Key-B (3052) for 5G connectivity and it can be configured with up to 4GB LPDDR4/128GB eMMC.

Minisforum recently launched a mini-PC powered by the 12th Gen Intel Core i9-12900H processor. The NAD09 is offered as barebone or it can be configured with up to 64GB DDR4 and 2TB SSD. Additionally, the NAD9 Mini-PC includes 1x GbE LAN port, 4x displays supporting [email protected], 2x 2.5” SATA slots, etc.
